Nan Khatai, a lovely Indian biscuit that brings back childhood memories :-), I remember asking my mum to buy them every time we used to make a visit to the bakery. These goodies are soft and have a melt-in-mouth texture, smell heavenly, also have a good punch of the Indian spice Cardamom which is used in most Indian desserts and cooking.
