Eggless Mug cake is one recipe that I keep making for a really long time. I really wonder why it took me such a long time to post this recipe on my blog. I have not blogged in a while and many of you have been asking me what happened. I was just busy with things at home and took a short break. But I promise to post recipes often.
This 2 minute mug cake is eggless, quick to do and the softest. The cake is so soft, moist and delicious. This is one cake that is so quick to put together and with ingredients that are easily available in your pantry.
