Ingredients
Green tea bag - 1 (I used Tetley lemon ginger green tea)
1 cup water to make green tea
1 cup chilled water to make the juice
2 cups lychee juice
Few mint leaves chopped
Ice cubes
Method
In a saucepan boil one cup water add the tea bag and switch off. Wait for the water to come to room temperature. Now add one cup chilled water, sweetened lychee juice and mint leave mix well. Serve in glasses with ice cubes.
Enjoy this refreshing Iced Lychee green tea.

Tip 1
1. Make sure the green tea is completely cooled down before making the drink

1. I used lemon ginger honey favoured green tea which complimented really well with the lychee flavours.

3. You can make the drink ahead and before serving add the mint leaves for extra freshness.

ReplyDeleteHeyyy I loved this! I came across your post and I have all the ingredients, and guess what, I sipping on it right now! I used kdd harvest’s lychee juice and jasmine flavored green tea bag to make this. It is the most refreshing drink I’ve had off late. My kids love drinks which are slushy kinds.. Do you think it will become too watery if I blend the ice instead of using ice cubes?
