Just Eat - A Review with some first hand experience

Few weeks back I received a mail from JustEat asking me to do a review about their website JUSTEAT. Surprisingly I have ordered food through JustEat couple of times. I gladly accepted to do the review and I am here to explain how Just Eat works. Let me tell you that I review about a company/ service only if I am 100% confident about their services. I would call Justeat as an online cafeteria where you can hang out with multiple restaurants and order food in the area you reside. How great it is to read a restaurant menu online. Not only do you get to view menu and order food, you can book a table and reserve it, read reviews about restaurants and also find the directions to get there.

So next time you are planning to hang out with friends or with your other half you can browse through the restaurants in the area you wish to go and book your table ahead. In our fast paced lives we all have smart phones and Justeat has made things handy for us by creating a Justeat app which is totally free to download and with mobile internet you are good to go. Why hurry to the hang out with stress when you can book a table before even reaching there? Come on lets admit the we cannot hold time with the kind of traffic we have to go through to get anywhere.

MY FOOD ORDER TRAIL WITH JUSTEAT.IN

1. I enter my area in the search tool

 2. I get the list of restaurants in my area

3. I pick one restaurant and then search the menu card

4. I add my recipe picks with the plus symbol and I see the total of my order placed. I can even remove recipes and add more at this point

 5. Once  I click place order, I transit to the page that shows my invoice and final billing amount

6. I can choose to pay via card/ cash on delivery and my inputs are submitted to the restaurant. Plus, on online payments, I get a chance to add any discount coupon that I have.
7. I receive an update via sms and if required a CSE from just eat confirms on dish availability and I am followed up by the restaurant delivery team to deliver the parcel

MY FINAL THOUGHTS ON JUSTEAT

- Food ordered was delivered in 45 mins and the justeat CSE called to inform me that one of the recipe that I ordered was not in stock and made arrangements for another recipe which I felt happy about. I was updated via sms on the tracking. And of course the food was good :-)
