Prep time - 5 mins
Serves - 2 glasses
Ingredients
Sapotta/ chikku - 10 nos, remove skin & seeds
Milk - 1 cup
Ice cream - 1 scoop
Sugar/ honey/ agavae nectar - 2 tsp
Method
In a blender blend the sapotta/ chikku into a paste. Add the milk, ice cream, sugar/honey/ agave and sapotta puree and blend for few seconds. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy.

TIP 1
1. I used Rabdi flavoured ice cream to make this milkshake, it added a lovely nutty flavour to the drink. You can use vanilla or chocolate ice cream for this drink.
TIP 2
2. Always taste the fruit before blending them, there are chances that one or two can be rotten.
