Mint Tomato Chutney | Side dish for Idly | Onion tomato Chutney Recipe

Back home, I used to have this chutney almost every week along with hot idly and every time this was done at home they used to do double the quantity, we used to have it like kozhambu hehe... RK was never fed with this chutney before marriage (which was good for me :P) so I had the chance of introducing him to this chutney and he feel in love with it.
Since there is no coconut in the recipe its healthy with a good punch of the mint taste. Every mint lover should try this out, you could even stock it in the fridge as it lasts for upto 10 days (if at all there is anything left). I had seen another blogger post this recipe and wanted to post my way of doing it.

  2. I really like home made chutneys... They taste so fresh and nit artificial like the stuff they sell at indian stores.
I have made mint chutney before but not a tomato mint chutney... This sounds yummy! And would taste so good with samosas or kababs :)
