Lauki Juice for weightloss | Indian Weightloss Recipes
Lauki Juice for weightloss is a popular vegetable drink that most Indian women recommend for weightloss. Lauki also called as bottle gourd, sorakka, chorakaa, lau, dudhi is a common vegetable used in Indian cooking it has high water content around 96% hence low in calorie and full of fiber. Its a great juicing vegetable but make sure not to strain the juice and drink the whole pulpy juice. Its ideal for people who want to have an alternative healthy drink in the morning other than tea or coffee or milk. In my personal opinion I find this Lauki juice tasty you can have it without a fuss, it helps your lose the water build up in the body. Always taste the lauki before juicing it you do not want to have any kind of bitterness in the vegetable and if you suffer from dehydration or you do not drink much water then stay away from this juice. Also remember Lauki is a body coolant and has a cooling effect so if you suffer from cold and related issues its better not to have this drink. LAUKI JUICE | INDIAN WEIGHTLOSS RECIPES

Image      Lauki Juice is a great weightloss aid if you are trying to go on
a healthy diet. It helps you lose the water weight and
bloating which most people suffer with. Do not have this if
you suffer from cold and have it on empty stomach in the
morning to kick start your day.

      Tip 1
  1.  Make sure you taste lauki before juicing it, if you sense any bitter taste discard the vegetable. Always make sure the vegetable is fresh properly washed and skin peeled before juicing, its better to keep the vegetable in room temperature before juicing as it does add to cold.
      Tip 2

      2. Adding salt is optional and always remember if you do add salt make sure it is
either sea salt or Himalayan salt as both do not add to the water retention,
Himalayan salt has tons of minerals that help you to balance in electrolytes in the
body since luaki juice has a cleansing effect to the body because of its fiber
      content.
